For many people, it's difficult to take time for themselves. The first self-judgments arise: "Am I going to neglect my child? Am I being narcissistic?". In addition to these judgments, other thoughts appear: "I'd rather distract myself, relax".
By gifting ourselves with an individual and collective dive into ourselves, we are able to fly above our abysses without being swept away by hurricanes and waves of emotions. We become self-observers. Thus, we can act in the world in a more consistent way, connected to the rhythms and potentials of our body in each moment.

The nature of life is movement and impermanence. The nature of every sensation is the same: impermanent. If we already know that everything passes, why cling to it?
Movements generate cycles, creating oppositions such as contraction and expansion, light and darkness, heat and cold, high and low, center and periphery. This can be perceived by observing the cycles of the Moon, the seasons, births and deaths, the caterpillar that closes in a cocoon and opens into a butterfly, the movements of the tides, the orbits of the planets—and ourselves. We are part of this same nature and carry the universe within us. A day, a lunar cycle, the menstrual cycle, the testosterone cycle, a year, the life cycle of a being—all are cycles, with their peaks of expansion and contraction.
Observing nature, being present in it, and following its cycles allows us to enter into and respect our own rhythms. These rhythms may include those of eating, sleeping, emotions, or thoughts. This is precisely the space we facilitate in our Silent and Fasting Retreats: a time of reflection to allow the subtle rhythms of body and soul to express themselves with clarity and wisdom.
Life, in turn, is impermanent, changeable—and at the same time transcendent. Eternal.
Behind all the surfaces of things, there is something that remains. There is a sea of perfect awareness in which we can always immerse ourselves.
And at every moment, the unforeseen, the unexpected, the unknown is before us—and what happens to us depends, above all, on the intensity and purity of our faith. To surrender with courage, following the heart.

About the Retreats
The 21-Day Retreats follow a progressive flow, focused on physical, mental, and emotional detoxification through fasting, listening to the body, and silence. The basic proposal is structured in three phases:
- First week: dry fasting or fasting with water.
- Second week: diluted juices
- Third week: more concentrated juices and light foods, according to each body's needs.
However, each process is unique. We respect individual cycles and needs, and when necessary, we integrate solid foods, with guidance and awareness. Listening to the body is what guides every choice.
You can choose to participate:
- Of the full 21 days, or just 7 or 14 days.
- From a week of juices
- From a week of mindful solid food eating
Daily Practices
During the retreat, we offer integrative practices that help support and deepen the process:
- Pranayama and meditation
- Daily practice of silence and reflection.
- Active meditation and body awareness
- Mandala painting as an expression of inner self.
- Sunbathing and contact with nature
- Chants, mantras, prayers and decrees
- Spiritual readings and a library at your disposal.
- Sharing sessions with the participants
- Individual therapeutic support, when necessary.
Some practices are adapted according to the group's current state, the energy of the cycle, and each participant's stage in the process.
