Integral Agroforestry and Sumaq Kawsay

This project aims to to strengthen the relationship between the community of Ramal do Pé de Serra, Uruçuca and Aldeia de Itapuã and their respective forms of production with the forest and its surroundings,strengthening the culture and economy of well-being (sumaq kawsay),

through the implementation of integral crops, based on the sucessional agroforestry systemsassociative and community work and the recovery and repair of ancestral knowledge of the original peoples for later work together with contemporary knowledge and technologies and promote effective actions against climate change. We want to document the execution of this project for later capacity to replicate and expand the areas of action, initially reaching almost 1 hectare and later 20 hectares of land.
